WooCommerce
WooCommerce is configured on the Chatbot → Integrations tab. It is the store integration available for Limb Chatbot today.
Plan & setup
WooCommerce integration is a PRO feature. Turn it on with the integration toggle. After you enable it, allow a few minutes while the system pulls catalog data into the assistant’s context—then the AI shopping agent is ready to use.
Requirements: The WooCommerce plugin must be installed and active on the same site.
What the assistant can do
With WooCommerce enabled, the agent can handle full shopping workflows:
- Product discovery
- Order management
- Refunds management
- Shopping cart management
