Publishing Your First Chatbot
When AI Settings, Appearance, and Knowledge Base are configured under Chatbot, the assistant is ready to go live for site visitors.
Make the chatbot live
In the WordPress admin, open Chatbot. Use the Draft/Live toggle at the right side of the Chatbot tab bar and switch it to Live so the widget appears on the site according to the rest of your chatbot settings.
First-time setup wizard and manual setup
Whether you use the first-time wizard or configure everything yourself, the same three tabs matter: AI Settings, Appearance, and Knowledge Base. During the wizard, those steps are presented in a fixed order and the other chatbot screens stay locked until you complete the flow, which keeps initial setup in a predictable sequence.
Skip the wizard
You can skip the wizard at any time. Afterwards, every tab stays available and you can open and edit them in any order, the same as in a standard manual setup.
