Transcripts

Under Chatbot → Transcripts in the WordPress admin, you can open any saved conversation: the full message timeline, plus visitor metadata the system collected.

Layout

The screen uses three columns:

  • Chat list — Browse and search conversations. Pick one to load it in the center column.
  • Conversation — The full message thread for the selected chat, with older messages loadable as you scroll.
  • Details — After you select a chat, the right column shows who you are talking to and high-level stats for that conversation.

Details column

When a chat is open, the details sidebar typically includes:

  • Visitor summary — Display name, visitor ID (and WordPress user link when the visitor is logged in), IP address and email when available, and when the visitor record was created.
  • Chat details — An expandable block with this chat’s unique ID (UUID) and total messages in the thread.

You can collapse or dismiss the details panel to focus on the conversation.
