Analytics

Per-chatbot metrics live on the Dashboard tab when you edit a chatbot from Chatbot in the WordPress admin. The documentation calls this area Analytics; in the UI the same charts and figures appear under Dashboard.

Time range

Use the range buttons above the cards: All time, Today, 7 days, 30 days, and Year. Totals and the line chart respect the range you select (using your local timezone for cutoffs).

Cards and chart

Each metric is a card: period total, trend versus the previous period of the same length, and a label from the product. Click a card to plot that metric over time in the chart below. On the Conversations card, Logs opens the conversation list for deeper review.

Configure cards opens the list of available metrics so you can show or hide cards for this chatbot. Your choices are stored in the browser for that chatbot.

Built-in metrics

These ship with the plugin. Card titles follow the in-app strings (default English shown here):

  • Conversations — chats started in the range
  • New visitors
  • Returning visitors
  • Leads captured — counts new rows in the same Contacts dataset you manage under Customers; treat it as contact-capture volume even though the label still says “leads” in English.

Forms

Each Form you attach to the chatbot can add its own dashboard card that tracks submissions over time. The card title matches the Form name you set in Chatbot → Forms.
