We are building AI Agents for the WordPress frontend, with a strong focus on quality. Our AI Chatbot is designed with solid intent understanding, speed, and clean design. We understand that today, if you don't have a ready AI Agent on your website frontend, you will eventually lose both time and money.
At the same time, we recognize that human support still has its value, which is why we've enabled a native live agent support system inside the plugin.
Why We Do It
We are doing this because we love WordPress. For many years, WordPress has been one of our core sources of income. We've worked with quality plugins, built custom plugins for clients, and developed websites for clients. We value plugins that solve real problems, integrate seamlessly, and don't cause performance issues.
WordPress has strong plugins in almost every category—except chatbots. Traditionally, WordPress users have relied on SaaS-based chatbot solutions. When AI became popular, some plugins started bringing AI capabilities into WordPress, but they were mostly focused on the admin side, not the frontend.
We saw this gap and decided to bring the power of AI Agents to the WordPress frontend through our AI Chatbot. During development, we also realized there was no real reason WordPress couldn't have its own native live agent inbox, or why users should always rely on external tools. That's why we integrated live agent support directly into the chatbot.
